You would have been issued with an invoice by NSW Ambulance for services rendered and may be also with a reminder Debt Notice advising the amount that remains overdue or you have not provided them with payment exemption details.
You can access the 'My Invoice' website with the payment details printed on the invoice or Debt Notice that you have received to access the following online services :
View the summary of your invoice
Make an online payment of your invoice
Request an exemptions from paying the invoice
Payment Details:
For the initial access, you need to have the payment details: payment reference number and issue date, provided in your invoice or Debt Notice that you have received.
Payment Reference Number can be found in 'How to Pay' section of the invoice or debt notice. It's a 13 digit number starts with '205'.
Issue date is printed in the box on top right hand corner of the first page of the invoice or debt notice received.
Unpaid Ambulance Fees Notice:
If you have now been issued with an Unpaid Ambulance Fees Notice from Revenue NSW, as you have not paid your reminder Debt Notice within the due date, you can't access the above mentioned online services using this 'My Invoice' website. Instead please go to Revenue NSW website by

Unpaid Ambulance Fees Notice's payment reference number is a 13 digits number starts with '201' and it's different from invoice or debt notice. If you are about to access the online services with a '201' payment reference number, please go to Revenue NSW web site, clicking here.
